I know that you can get a darkening under you underarms when you use deodorant with an anti-perspirant, but I've developed a dark 'stripe' under my arm that won't go away! You could try to use a toner, or even a tanner, to get tan. This may be caused by dry skin, so you could try a Neutrogena product that should work very well, they carry a lot for those kind of things.
