How do you get flawless shiny healthy skin like celebrities?

How do they get those great complexions and can wear bathing suits without any skin discolorations. What type of moisturizers and exfoliators are they using? Better yet, how do they get that great even skin tone? How do you get flawless shiny healthy skin like celebrities?
by NOT picking, drinking LOTS of water, washing your face, with an unscented, antibacterial soap when you wake up and before you go to bed, for the body its ok to use exfoliators. neatrageana is good, and sunscreen, but do NOT use exfoliating bead wash on you face. its the same as picking. good luck. a GREAT soap, the only one i use, is cetaphill gentle skin cleanser antibacterial soap. some stars that ive read use it include kate hudson and mandy moore. its 3$ a bar at your local wall-mart.How do you get flawless shiny healthy skin like celebrities?
Keep in mind that most of the pictures you see of celebrities are photo-shopped, however, I know for a fact that they drink at least 8 glasses of water per day to keep their skin hydrated, use an exfoliating soap everyday when your shower and use a really good moisturizer that helps to even your skin tone. Vaseline has a great lotion called Healthy Complexion. It smells great too so that's an added bonus. I hope this works for you, trust me it does for me.
like everyone else has picked up on its all smoke and mirrors (well really airbrush and phtotshop...) check out these before and afters they're for real.

but to get naturally healthy looking skin exfoliate, exfoliate EXFOLIATE! and moisturise with body butter, palmers coco butter is probably the best on the market and very cheap.
Genetics. Some people are born with clear even skin. Some get freckles, some get blotches. Some are just average. It is the spectacular that get applauded for their looks.

Then there is airbrushing. That's what they used to call it before photoshop was invented, or even digital pix.

Or just coat yourself with a thin layer of mud. People been doing that for millinea. And yes, mud, or minerals in paste, is what a foundation make-up is.
For commercials and red carpets they don't bathe for 3-4 days before the event. then they wash their skin and hair with only very small amounts of soap/shampoo. This is then to say nothing of the army of make-up artists and hair dressers who follow them everywhere. It's not a look most people can maintain everyday.
i always wondered the same thing! i got an email once showing the pix o celebs without makeup, and omg they looked even uglier than u imagain,,, they have moles and so much pimples on their face because of the makeup....

and when they wear the bathingsuits... its all fake and retouched... watch the 1st episode of UGLY BETTY on www.surfthechannel.com and ull know what i mean...

and if u wanna fix ur skin... DONT EVER use anything cheap!! cuz they have chemicals that arent gd 4 yr skin! use Clinique 3 step... its expensive,,, but really works, for *everyone*... its expensive, but if u want great flawless skin, u have to sacrifice!:P
My sister too was looking for various creams, lotions and medicines.

But she couldnt get any result.

Later she met a team of experts and now she looks grate

Best way is to meet an expert and hire her/him for the work

then it would truly work
They have the money for the best dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and makeup artists. They're probably uglier then most people without all that makeup. No one is perfect.
a lot of them do that spray on tan now to keep that nice smooth complexion w/o baking their skin. Also, moisturizers and nicely paid dermatologists have all the secrets.
Gentle scrubs and moisturizing creams help (as long as your skin isn't sensitive), along with makeup and Photoshop.
put lotion all over yourself that evens skin tone (says specifically on bottle). olay, jergens, vaseline, etc.
Have you ever seen a star without their makeup and in regular clothes. They look like the average person.
Easy they don't really have good skin it's called photoshop people.
you have to first make $500,000 a movie then hire some one to air brush your entire body so that the flaws do not show......DUH
make up. You can get anything if you have money......
photoshop
dermatologist on call 24/7
oatmeal
Digital Effects and alot of make up. trust me I'm in the film industry.
they got their own dermatologist to whom they pay a huge amount of money.
