What foods and products are good forglowing skin?

Hey, what can I do to get glowing skin?


Firstly what can I eat? I know avocados are good 鈥榗ause of the oils and vitamin C fruits etc. but any tips on what I should eat most of to stay young and vibrant and glowing??


Also any miracle products I can look out for that you really recommend??

You'll want to eat foods high in antioxidants (Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin B, etc). These include blueberries, pomegranate, most fruits, all dark leafy vegetables, avocados, olive oil, red wine, coffee, soy, dark chocolate, etc.





Also, anything high in Omega 3 fatty acids is good for your skin. This includes fish like salmon, mackerel, and sardines. Omega 3 fatty acids are also found in Flax oil, walnuts, pecans.
