Sulfuric acid is a strong Acid if undiluted (0 on ph scale) and would not just, ';leave a pale spot'; because it is extremely corrosive. I've learned from a man who worked in some plants It eats through the tissue until it loses surface tension of your appendage and falls to further eat through most floors until in safe containment, IE Metals that cannot be corroded away. What can sulfuric acid do to your skin after prolonged exposure?
A its an acid dudette what do you think will happen?
One man feel in a vat of it and his body was disintegrated into elements. (Man in the vat story).
Its good because its not very biologically reactive, but the hydrogen ion concentration is the problem. Thats what will burn his skin. Once that stops the sulfuric acid problems are over. But inhaling conc. sulfuric acid can cause some problems because it releases fumes of sulfur trioxide which is very harmful!!!
Depending upon how much concentrated it is, the sulphuric acid can cause a big damage to the human body's skin.It burns the exposed skin area .Highly concentrated acid dissolves the human flesh in it.
well from my experience, it hurts and then it leaves a pailed out spot on the area it was exposed to, but mine went away after a while but i guess it depends on the amount you spill on the skin
