Baby powder works very well for some skin problems like that. Try some Shower2Shower baby powder. It feels really really good on the skin. You can also try something like Goldbond medicated powder, but it doesn't smell very nice.

ive heard to put on aloe vero
and i do so and it stays pretty clear
of the red bumps
also, before you get waxed take tylonel!!!
it helps the pain, not much, but enough to notice a differenc
before you go in for a wax the next time, use a trimmer to scale the length of the hair to about half a cm.
it really works, for anywhere you have hair!
;)
I use Aveeno sensitive lotion and use a all natural sugar scrub to exfoliate. Each time you get waxed the irritation and any bumps will get less infrequent or noticable.
I use a Loofah sponge when I shower for up to a week after waxing. It exfoliates and prevents the dead skin from accumulating and causing hair to become ingrown.
Good luck
The best solution is in prevention otherwise side effects are bound to happen.
