good luck. How do you neutralize jalapeno juice on the skin?
A few months ago I had the same problem, I tried everything multiple washings, milk, aloe, veggie oil, cortizone cream, but nothing worked the next day it was still burning. Then I tried Philips Milk of Magnesia; I rubbed it all over my hands and it instantly felt better and no longer burned. Report Abuse

Try milk.
baking soda or baking soda tooth paste
Try vinegar or lemon juice. Also try bleach.
Jalapeno juice is acidic and milk will neutralize the acid.

Good luck!
I have heard that lemon juice will cut the oils from the Jalapeno.
when all else fails use a glove
Just use a base to neutralize the acid of the jalapeno...Soak your hands in milk.
To handle jalapeno chiles: Wear kitchen gloves to prevent any cuts or abrasions on your hands from contacting the volatile oils. Wash your hands well with warm, soapy water after handling chiles, and do not touch your eyes or other sensitive areas.

Try washing your hands in milk.
