How do I get rid of shiny skin?

About thirty minutes after washing my face, my T-zone becomes oily and ';greasy'; again. I wash my face twice a day (morning and night) with either a cleanser or exfoliator. I'm trying to get rid of shiny skin NOT using makeup of any sort. Additional tips on what makeup to use that will make skin seem smooth and even is appreciated though. in all honesty my skin gets pretty oily throughout the day as well and what i do is i get perm papers [i work in a hair salon lol] and i blot my t zone with them and the shine is instantly gone. there are special blotting papers that you can pay a ridiculous amount for at the store but i just go down to sallys beauty supply or a local beauty supply store and get the large pack of perm papers [you can get up to 500 in a box] and carry some with me in my car or purse. they are great!How do I get rid of shiny skin?

Clean and Clear makes a good one, you can find it at most drugstores and in the beauty aisle at most super markets.

Use powder but its just temporary...and avoid staring too long in the monitor [IDk my face gets so oily when watching a movie in my pc] don't it oily foods...[but other says that you would delay having wrinkles when you have oily skin]...Consult a dermatologist! [to make sure]
Avon and Bath %26amp; Body Works both have excellent oily skin washes...look for something with clay in it to help dry the oils up.
There are foundations specifically designed for T-zone oil. Ask at the counter for help. Also, pancake make-up which is dry, applied lightly with a make-up sponge will keep your face matte. Or you could try an oil absorbing powder in a compact to carry in your purse. There are many options to choose from, such as blotting sheets and oil absorbers. Ask the person who works in cosmetics to help you find products for you. Try various stores if you need to to get the help. Don't spend a lot of money, it should be a quick solution.
