How do I get rid of dark skin around my mouth/chin?

My skin is naturally light, however, the skin above my upper lip and my chin area are darker than the rest of my face. How can I get rid of this dark area?





I tried powder/concealer, but it's still noticeable.

um hey i had that b4 it was a dry lip scar and i use vicco turmeric cream like for a few weeks or fair and lovely which lightens skin color or a home remedy i turmeric powder with honey and make into paste and apply mask to face which lightens it all the way good luck
