How do I get rid of excess skin under my armpits?

I have all this excess skin under there, and it looks like flabby fat. It's in a ';triangular'; shape, and It's terrible because I'm thin and I can't even take off my shirt or anything! Sorry the only way I have ever heard of to remove skin like this from weight loss is through reconstructive surgery. Congrats on the weight loss! How long has it been since the loss? They say if after 2 years the skin has not gained elasticity, then surgery is probably required for a transformation.
