buy a foot scrub and get a foot file thingy...its like a grater...and then get foot lotion or get a good moisturizing lotion u have an after u soak em after uve filed em down rub em with that while the moisture is still in there...ur feet will feel super soft after that...i mean u can do the lotion trick but ur still not getting rid of the dead cells...and eventually ur feet dry up a bit in the day...yeah hehe but once u file em down and then do the trick the person above said....to lotion ur feet or put vasaline on em and then socks over while u sleep...u can do the same for ur hands and ul get the same effec with those thiner knitted gloves or special gloves u can find at most n e store ... i wear sandals and backless toe showing heels a lot and i needa do this constantly...personally i want the ped egg as the greater file thingy...it looks a lot less dangerous to my clumsy accident prone self...im sure ur less prone to accidents than me...so ul be fine with the oens at the store that are like 4-7 bucksHow do i get rid of hard skin underneath my feet?
I have the same problem, but mostly on my heels. I soak my feet in a foot spa with epsom salts and then literally scrub the dead skin off while they are still really moist. It's harder to when they are dry, thats why you should soak them first. I use a callous remover or there's a new product called the ';Ped Egg'; and it also removes it. Then I put some type of a moisturizer or a heel balm which contains vaseline and keeps them moist longer between times when you do this process. Just another suggestion, at night, I literally slather my feet with vaseline and put socks on before I go to sleep. I HATE wearing socks when I sleep, but I love my flip flops so I can compromise with myself! Good luck and I hope something works for you.
put a thick layer of vaseline on your feet before you go to sleep, and cover your feet with a pair of socks you don't care about. When you wake up in the morning, scrub your feet with a loofah or a brush.
You may have to do this a few nights in a row, but it will get rid of the hard skin.
Attack it from all angles! Use a good foot scrub and callus removing cream; Scholl are my favourites: http://www.scholl-footcare.com/. Their Callus %26amp; Hard Skin Reducing Cream and Rough Skin Remover are fab - not glamorous, but way more effective than 'beauty' products.
For really stubborn calluses, try a callus razor blade foot plane (you can get them cheap on eBay). They basically have a blade in them and you rub them over the callus to shave off the top layer. Just remember to go gently so you don't cut yourself.
I've found that the PedEgg works amazingly for dry feet.
Once you've used that try applying True Blue Spa's Beauty Booties Moisturizing Gel Socks available at bathandbodyworks.com
ok this may sound really weird cause of the comercials but it actually works. The ped egg. Yeah the one from those god awfull comercialls. It works though
