My b/f says I have beautiful skin and it has inspired me to try and eat more foods to keep my skin as beautiful as it is now. Any suggestions on what foods to eat? What foods are good for your skin?
are you schizophrenic? you seem totally normal in this question but your other questions are crazy rants where you state ';facts'; that must come from the voices in your head. What foods are good for your skin?

Olive oil is very good for the skin - as is avocado.
Try taking flax seed oil if you don't already.
Fruit and Vegetables is the key.
zinc is good for your skin, it's found in nuts, oysters %26amp; semen so could keep you both happy. Don't worry - I'll report myself - hate mongering probably.
fruit.vegetables.water.nuts.seeds. also washing your face every morning and night.
Almost anything that is healthy is good for your skin/hair such as milk, eggs, vegies etc. If you eat junk food, you get bumpy skin I find.
All fresh fruits- fresh food- avoid outside food
i am not sure on foods but if you drink lots of water that certainly helps
Lots of water to keep the skin hydrated
lots of water
Yes! This drink is like having a facial inside out. Radishes and watercress are especially rich in sulfur, which helps to build collagen, a nutrient that's necessary for elasticity. Grape seeds are full of essential fatty oils and antioxidants that protect the skin against free radical damage. And cucumbers keep you well hydrated, a must for good skin!
';SPICY SKIN SAVER';
1/2 cup chopped radish
6 cups green grapes with seeds
1/2 bunch watercress, or 4-5 large kale leaves
1 large cucumber
1 very small knob of fresh ginger
Run all ingredients through a juicer. Makes 2 servings. This must be drunk fresh, so cut ingredients in half for a single drink.
If you don't have a juicer, just make a salad of this, crushing many of the green grapes as a dressing of sorts. If using kale, let the salad sit in the Fridge for an hour to soften and sweeten the kale.
Let me know how it goes!

pomegrante juice is good for your skin.
Lots of water, tofu and soy products, avocado, papaya, grapes, oranges, milk. Fruits and vegetables are the key. Get plenty of exercise (and sleep) too, they give skin a nice glow.
Vitamins A (eggs, milk, carrots, apricots, nectarines, sweet potatoes and spinach), C (oranges, strawberries, broccoli and cabbage) and E ( wheat germ, leafy green vegetables, oily fish such as sardines or mackerel and nuts) can help to boost your skin's ability to make new cells and fight off the ravages of ultra-violet light.
more water, and also carrot juice.
