Fulgration or diathermy cuterization is not really a surgical procedure. Or you may get them removed by chemical cautery like silver nitrate.

The easiest way is just to tie a string with a slip knot around it and keep tightening it, depending on the size depends who long it will take, but this way there is no pain. my small ones took about 5 days Report Abuse
